How does it work?
Rather than using a rotating or reciprocating blade, the Sonicrafter uses patented Microsonic™ oscillation technology that moves the blade from side to side up to 20,000 times per minute resulting in a safer, more controlled cutting or sanding motion. | |

I fought to remove a heavily caulked granite backsplash for about an hour to no avail. I purchased a sonicrafter and it took me a whole ten minutes to do the job. It's paid for itself already. I have over forty years in the construction business and I highly recommend this tool.

The Rockwell Sonicrafter is a very versitile tool that we use much of the time. We've done several decks this past year and the straight cut blades work wonderfully for cutting through the decking to install the railing posts. Whether we're cutting a small slice in a piece of plywood to fit or cutting a hole for a medicine cabinet, this tool has been worth every penny spent!

I would swap my router, scroll saw, table saw, sanders (belt, oscillating, orbiting, hand), and about every cutting tool I own just to have this one beauty! I do a lot of woodworking and tile work. This is THE tool to own, no argument. God bless you.

I bought this tool from one of the advertisements on tv. And since then it has never failed me. It does every job i use it on and it never fails. I am in the process of remodeling a older home built in 1938 and I love it. Thanks Rockwell for making this tool. I am a medical retired for my back and this tool is a life saver on my back.Keep up the good work.

This tool is AWESOME! I was busting my knuckles trying to remove all the failed caulking on the outside of my house with a painters tool and then this tool came along and I am no longer hating life. This tool makes the job painless and actually enjoyable! A friend recommended the tool to me and I will recommend the tool to many others! Buy one!
