The Lifetime Replacement Battery Agreement is available free of charge*, for a limited time commencing February 15, 2007, to purchasers of any Rockwell® or ShopSeries™ brand hand held battery-powered tool purchased after that date and subject to the terms and conditions stated below. To accept this Lifetime Free Replacement Battery Agreement, a purchaser must submit the warranty registration for the purchased product and submit proof of purchase as described below. The Lifetime Replacement Battery Agreement provides ONLY the original owner of qualifying Rockwell® or ShopSeries™ branded tool with a lifetime of free replacement batteries subject to the limitations set forth below. *A shipping and handling fee may be added to cover costs to deliver free battery.
ONLY the following model numbers qualify as part of the Lifetime Free Replacement Battery Agreement:
To accept the Rockwell® Lifetime Free Replacement Battery Agreement, you must submit the warranty registration for your qualifying Rockwell® or ShopSeries™ brand portable battery-powered tool within 90 days after purchase. For expedited handling, register by logging on to www.rockwelltools.com, click on “Register Your Tool” and fill in the required information. You may also register by US mail - simply complete a registration form found inside your Rockwell® or ShopSeries™ tool kit, then mail the card together with a copy of your store receipt and the original UPC from the package of the qualifying product to: Rockwell® Free Battery Registration, c/o Fox International, 23600 Aurora Rd., Bedford Heights, OH 44146. All registrations must be made under the name of an individual person. Within approximately 6-8 weeks after completion of the registration process, you will receive confirmation via email or US mail that will include your Lifetime Free Replacement Battery Identification Number (BID#). Keep track of this number as you will need it in order to obtain service for your product under the Lifetime Free Replacement Battery Agreement.
This Agreement applies only to the original registered owner and may not be transferred. This Agreement only covers Rockwell® or ShopSeries™ branded batteries and tools.
Rockwell® Power Tools reserves the right to cancel, alter or change the implied or written terms and conditions of the Free Lifetime Replacement Battery Agreement at any time.

This Lifetime Battery Replacement Agreement is not a warranty; it does not alter or limit the 2-Year Limited Consumer Warranty provided with your product, and it is not intended to create any implied warranties or rights of any kind including any warranties of MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Any such implied warranties are expressly disclaimed.
